Forest Yoga at Bedgebury 

It's been well documented that nature & mindfulness, including gentle yoga, is fantastic for improving moods, reducing stress and generally leading to better mental & physical health. That's why 'Lisa Whitehouse Yoga & Mindfulness', is offering the first class at her 'Forest Yoga' sessions to anyone for free, with a donation to Mental Health Resource. 

On selected Thursdays in the coming weeks, Lisa will be running classes at Bedgebury from 9.15am to 10.30am. Come along for:

Day Retreat

Lisa is also offering a Mindfulness Day Retreat on Sunday 17th November, involving a range of simple techniques that can be incorporated into daily life to help enhance general wellbeing, cope with stress, anxiety and sleeplessness. A form of mental training, Mindfulness has been proven to enhance concentration, memory, creativity & reaction times. It also allows us to appreciate the positive aspects of life more fully. No previous experience of meditation is required.
