Mental Health Resource run 'Reachout' groups in Southborough, Paddock Wood and Edenbridge. These groups offer a free service for adults who are looking for some support for their mental health and wellbeing. Read more

The Hub

Mental Health Resource runs 'The Hub', our vibrant wellbeing centre in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, Kent, where people can access wellbeing activities and a safe space to talk for as long as they need. Read more
