News and events News Supporting clients during Covid19 Mental Health Resource services update Covid-19 has deeply heighted many of our clients’ anxiety levels, with a high proportion now experiencing deteriorating mental and physical health compounded by challenges including food and benefit issues, loneliness, bereavement, housing problems, anti-social residents and isolation. Although we can't run as many face to face groups as we'd like, we're still providing essential telephone & online support as well as 1-2-1 face to face support (by appointment only), to help people stay connected with the community, to give information on how people can maintain their mental wellbeing and to signpost to other key local services if needed. Below is a list of activities currently being offered. For further details, please click on each project link.
