Mental Health Resource has adapted it's Hub services to ensure social distancing so that our staff, volunteers and clients can stay safe. If you would like to speak to a Hub staff member, please get in touch with Carol on 07526203899. Staff will be able to support you and help you liaise with other organisations, such as the Citizens Advice Bureau and Nourish.

In person support

'Safe Space - Friendly Face' at the Kitchen Table on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

The Hub is working in partnership with Crossways Community to deliver socially distanced face to face support for existing Hub clients only at the Kitchen Table on Camden Road. The venue has been adapted to meet Government guidelines of safe working and social distancing.

Creative Writing Group

Every week, the Hub team email out some new ideas for creative writing pieces. Previous topics have included a treasured memory, hope and positivity during lockdown, writing to your future self, your dream travel destination and a poem on a subject which inspires you.

Mindwell art group on Zoom; Thursdays at 11am.

During lockdown, you can join us online via 'Zoom' to make some art! 

Zoom is an internet programme that allows many people at once to meet in one place virtually. If you have a smart phone, tablet, iPad or laptop/computer and have a connection to the internet you can join. To help both new and existing clients share ideas for how to stay mentally and emotionally well in these uncertain times, our Hub client Lallita is running a Whatsapp peer support group.
