TW Lotto is an exciting weekly lottery that raises money for good causes in Tunbridge Wells, including Mental Health Resource. Play the lottery, support our cause - it’s that simple!

Tickets for the lottery cost just £1 per week. Each ticket has a 1 in 50 chance to win a prize each week, with a top prize of £25,000! That’s a better chance of winning than the National Lottery or the Health Lottery!

There is a draw every Saturday night when a 6 digit winning combination will be picked and remember, for every £1 TW lotto ticket, Mental Health Resource will receive 50p back!

World Mental Health Day 2022

Monday October 10th 2022 is World Mental Health Day and the theme is, 'make mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority'.

When a person is detained under the Mental Health Act it can be distressing. Sometimes patients who are being detained feel unable to ask questions or get information. The support of a trained Independent Mental Health Advocate (IMHA) can help.
Referral forms

To access one of Mental Health Resource's projects, you can either be referred by a GP or other local service, or self-refer by downloading one of our referral forms.
Help in a crisis

If you are in emotional distress and need urgent support, there are other other services in the area which provide out of hours support.
