On June 24th, Mental Health Resource will be competing in the Tunbridge Wells Soapbox Stars race, at Dunorlan Park.
This incredible community event has so far raised over £84k for charities in the 5 years that it has been running and this great fundraiser is organised by Coco Piesse Turner from Chatty Hatter and with the help of an army of volunteers. The unique event raises lots of money for a range of local charities while bringing together businesses and community groups for some rollicking family fun in the heart of the town.

Mental Health Resource - a charity partner

We're delighted to be a charity partner at the Tunbridge Wells Soapbox Race, so do pop to say hello to us at our stall where we will be providing plenty of information about our free & confidential services.

Ray and Anita at Mental Health Resource kartThe Challenge

As well as being chosen as a charity partner, our Hub team, Ray and Anita will also be competing in the hilarious Red Bull style time trials of a specially made downhill race track in the picturesque park, dressed as Mario & Luigi.

Our wonderful Hub clients have 'pimped' out the kart and decorated it using various materials, matching the Super Mario theme!

Please help us reach a target of £600!

Support Mental Health Resource by sponsoring our kart.

This year, we will be racing a kart and we are asking if you - our wonderful community of supporters- would like to show your support by sponsoring us.

4 local businesses are kindly sponsoring our kart including:

Digitom

Runway Training

Pushkin Antiques

A Plan Tunbridge Wells

but we'd love to reach a target of £600 for this event - every penny raised will help us continue to provide support for people in our community who are struggling with their mental health.

  • £100 could provide face to face mental health support for 5 people.
  • £600 could provide face to face mental health support for 30 people.

By sponsoring us, you will be supporting mental wellbeing in our community.
