“I owe so much to the charity and I'm very grateful for the service it provides, for the part it has played in helping me get my life back on track and also for the resource it is for others who are in desperate need in the community."

Mental Health Service Feedback

Do you, or someone you know, have mental health problems? Would you like to share your experiences to help others?

Mental Health Resource are a delivery partner for the Mental Health User Voice Network, where people, who have experienced the mental health system, can provide feedback about these experiences.

Your experience will help decision makers to understand what works, what doesn’t and what could be improved. It will help them to know what is important to you. If it matters to you, then it’s likely it matters to someone else too.

Tell us your story and we can help improve the experience for someone else.

Who do we want to hear from?

We want to hear from people who have a mental illness, and those who care for them, and who have experiences of mental health services in Kent.
We’ll use those experiences to help improve mental health services for everyone.

Mental Health Resource want to hear from people across Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge and Malling areas, who:

  • have been to a GP to seek help
  • have used counselling or visited a support group
  • have cared for someone who struggles with their mental health.
  • have used mental health services, either in the community or a mental health unit

How can you share your experiences?

Your experiences, comments and suggestions can be used to make positive changes within the mental health system.

  1. To share your story, you can email Sarah at [email protected]
