Ministry of Sound Resident DJ, Tim Cullen and Mental Health Resource Patron, hosts 'SWITCH' nights at the Forum; regular house and techno nights to raise funds and awareness. 

Complete with strobes, smoke, lasers and a superb selection of talented DJs spinning alongside Tim’s darker alias, STRiCKLAND, this is never a night to be missed!

  • Sam Hill will be running the virtual London Marathon in October 2021 for our charity. Thank you Sam! Find out more about his story and how to make a donation here.
  • Jemma Moulange will be running the London Marathon in October 2021, in memory of her best friend Lydia who was an avid supporter of our work! Thanks so much Jemma and good luck!
  • Rebecca Lindsay, Trustee and supporter of Mental Health Resource, completed a firewalk raising over £400 for our charity! 
  • Kelly and the team at Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells Community Services walked 100 miles in a week in their pyjamas to raise as money and awareness as possible for our charity in April 2021. Thanks to you all!
  • Dave Thompson & friends completed a gruelling endurance relay race around Dunorlan Park on July 17th, running 100 laps around the lake from 9am-5pm in 28 degree heat! They raised a magnificent £370. Thank you!

Social Media & Marketing Volunteers

Hana has an unending list of ideas for how to help drive our charity forward and we are so grateful to have her on the team!

Denny's Fest

In August 31st 2019, Denny's Place Barbers14 Arrows Tattoo organised and hosted 'Denny's Fest', which raised over £3600 for Mental Health Resource. Denny's Fest featured a host of musicians, including The Maverick Turtles, WVM, Ryan Weeks, Stone Tooth, Chloe Marcela, The River Flows, Harry 'Sinatra' Hickmott, Riff Raff, Candy Stripe Messiahs and more. 

Staff and Volunteers worked tirelessly throughout the day giving half-price haircuts, £30 tattoos, running the bar and bbq to raise as many funds as possible for our charity. Thank you to everyone involved for raising so much money for our charity!
