"This charity and what they support is important to us all because as a friendship group going through losing a friend has affected us in ways we weren’t prepared for." Jemma Moulange

As well as being supported by companies & societies, we're also blessed to be supported by community members who donate their time and skills to help move our charity forward. From Trustees and Patrons, to Volunteers and Fundraisers, who all help us work towards our vision of improved mental wellbeing for everyone.
