"I like the mixed groups and staff understand my mental health. It's only been a year since I've been receiving support at the Hub and I'm extremely grateful to the staff. I don’t know where I'd be without the Hub."

What is the Hub?

The Hub is our friendly vibrant wellbeing centre, located in central Tunbridge Wells and is open to all adults with emotional or mental health needs. The Hub offers a safe space to talk and various wellbeing activities, which are all completely free to access and designed to boost confidence & self–esteem.

As well as providing 1-2-1 support from our trained and supportive staff, the Hub also provides wellbeing activities, which include:

  • Art groups
  • A creative writing group
  • An allotment group
  • Men's and Women's Talking groups
  • Walking groups

How can the Hub help me?

If you want some help to improve your mental health and emotional wellbeing, you can access any of our wellbeing activities or simply visit us for a chat. Our team will help you develop a tailored progress plan and we often use the 6 ways to wellbeing to promote and help people improve their mental wellbeing.

Most importantly we recognise the value of friendship and peer support. Many of our groups are led by clients or volunteers who also live with mental health conditions.
