The Hub

The Hub is our friendly vibrant wellbeing centre, located in central Tunbridge Wells and is open to all adults with emotional or mental health needs.

The Hub offers a safe space to talk and plenty of wellbeing activities, which are all completely free to access and are all designed to boost confidence & self–esteem. We often use the 6 ways to wellbeing to promote and help people improve their mental wellbeing. Most importantly we recognise the value of friendship and peer support.

If you want help to improve your mental health come please contact our team who will help you develop a tailored progress plan. You don't need to wait for an invitation or be referred to us by another service - simply get in touch for access to our unique person-centred approach to long term mental health support or download our Hub referral form

"Diagnosed with Bi-Polar affective disorder at the age of 20, I was sure my life was headed for disaster! The Hub was a place that took a chance with me and allowed me to gently find my feet as a volunteer. I quickly found people I could relate to". Chris, ex-Service User.
