"Diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder at the age of 20 I was sure my life was headed for disaster! The Hub was a place that allowed me to gently find my feet as a volunteer and I found people I could relate to."

What is the Hub?

The Hub is our friendly vibrant wellbeing centre, located in central Tunbridge Wells and is open to all adults with emotional or mental health needs. We can offer you a safe space to talk and wellbeing activities, which are all completely free to access and designed to boost confidence & self–esteem. You can access our services for as long as you like. Some of our clients have been coming to us since we opened in 1993!

Our wellbeing activities include art, creative writing, talking groups, the allotment group and 1-2-1 counselling from our trained and supportive staff. Just take a look at our timetable below to see what we've got on!

How can the Hub help me?

If you want some help to improve your mental health and emotional wellbeing, our team will help you develop a tailored progress plan. You can access any of our wellbeing activities or simply visit us for a chat.

We often use the 6 ways to wellbeing to promote and help people improve their mental wellbeing. Most importantly we recognise the value of friendship and peer support. Many of our groups are led by clients or volunteers who also live with mental health conditions.

Where is the Hub?

The Hub is located at 2a Grosvenor Park, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 2BD. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, our activities take place at other venues. Many of our groups are also taking place online or over the telephone.

How can I join the Hub?

You don't need to wait for an invitation or be referred to us by another service. Simply choose one of the following options:
