"Diagnosed with Bi-Polar affective disorder at the age of 20, I was sure my life was headed for disaster! The Hub was a place that took a chance with me and allowed me to gently find my feet as a volunteer. I quickly found people I could relate to". Chris, ex-Service User.

The Hub

The Hub is our friendly vibrant wellbeing centre, located in central Tunbridge Wells and is open to all adults with emotional or mental health needs.

This safe space to talk and all of our wellbeing activities are completely free to access and are designed to boost confidence & self–esteem. We often use the 6 ways to wellbeing to promote and help people improve their mental wellbeing. Most importantly we recognise the value of friendship and peer support.

If you want help to improve your mental health come and see us, our team will help you develop a tailored progress plan.

The Hub Timetable

The Hub has a jam packed timetable, with activities taking place Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at the Hub and on Tuesdays and Thursdays out in the community.

Sessions are varied and range from:

  • needlework
  • the allotment
  • swimming

  • Peer support groups and more.

We can also offer hot food at the Hub on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for a very small donation, which means you can receive plenty of nutritional food during the week and enjoy your food with others by eating together.
