Our services Reachout Youth “Reachout Youth helped me when I thought I couldn’t get through. I feel less alone and understand it's normal to have bad days. It's nice to speak to people who get how you're feeling and give you advice on how to cope. It's also a nice distraction to switch off from the real world. Thank you.” What is Reachout Youth? Reachout Youth provides weekly free, relaxed and informal groups where you can meet and chat with other young people, take part in feel-good activities and receive helpful information and tools. The groups are for 13-19 year olds in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge and every week the group explore issues around a new theme, and learn tools, techniques & resources to help manage feelings. Reachout Youth is for anyone aged 13-19 - so why not give it a try! What does Reachout Youth offer? Tailored Support The groups gives you a safe space so you can talk about things with our experienced staff, that you might not usually want to share with friends or family. You can also hear from guest speakers and occasional day trips in the summer. Reachout Youth leaflet "Overall, it’s helped me massively. The improvement that I’ve noticed in my mental health and my wellbeing is just amazing.
