On 10th January, Hub Manager, Ray and Fundraising & Marketing Manager, Jen, were invited to film a podcast with The Big Chat  team about mental health in our community and the services we deliver.

The podcast's wonderful host, Coco, made us feel so at home in the beautiful 'Big Chat' studio and we were able to highlight issues surrounding mental health in our borough and what we can all do, collectively, to play a role in supporting wellbeing.
