Mental Health Resource was an obvious choice for a charity to support, knowing how hard it can be to access help and then hearing about and seeing the work they do to provide a safe space for local people with mental health issues". Throughout 2023 and now into 2024, The Sussex Arms, located in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, has continued to champion the cause of Mental Health awareness, successfully raising an incredible £575 to date!

Manager Mitch and the team at the Sussex have been hosting pub quiz nights, with £1 of every ticket sold generously donated to our charity.

A heartfelt thank you to the dedicated staff and the wonderful patrons of the Sussex Arms. Their collective efforts are significantly contributing to the promotion of mental health awareness within our local community!
