Help Mental Health Resource every month – make a regular donation

In the UK, 50% of mental health problems are established by the age of 14 and 75% by the age of 24.

Mental Health Resource provides safe spaces and person-centred mental health support in our community to help people improve their wellbeing. Our clients often have complex, enduring mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, psychosis, Schizophrenia and self-harm and for many, we are not just life-changing but life-saving.

Covid-19 has deeply heighted many of our clients’ anxiety levels, with a high proportion now experiencing deteriorating mental and physical health compounded by challenges including food and benefit issues, loneliness, bereavement, housing problems, anti-social residents and isolation.

We are working hard to provide essential telephone and online support, to help people stay connected with the community, to give information on how people can maintain their mental wellbeing and to signpost to other key local services if needed.

Why regular donations matter

We are calling for the local community to help us raise £3000 by becoming a regular donor.

If you believe in improved mental wellbeing for everyone, could you become a regular donor today and help us support the most vulnerable in our community?

A direct debit means you can give small amounts every month that make a huge difference to Mental Health Resource’s work and help us continue to reach the most vulnerable and isolated at this time.

  • £5 could provide essential metal health support out of hours for someone with nowhere else to turn
  • £10 could provide 3 people with telephone support for their mental & emotional wellbeing.
  • £20 could provide an hour’s face to face support for our most vulnerable clients.
