Mental Health Resource is so grateful to the 'Children, Young People & Families Themed Programme' at the Kent Community Foundation for their award of £4000 towards our Core Costs in December 2022. The theme funds projects that are making a real difference to the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in Kent and Medway.

If you are in emotional distress and need urgent support, there are other other services in the area which provide out of hours support.

Referral forms

To access one of Mental Health Resource's projects, you can either be referred by a GP or other local service, or self-refer by downloading one of our referral forms.
