Reachout Youth is a free support service run by Mental Health Resource for young people aged 13-19 who are experiencing emotional or mental health difficulties. The project is currently part funded by the Brook Trust and BBC Children in Need. Read more

When a person is detained under the Mental Health Act it can be distressing. Sometimes patients who are being detained feel unable to ask questions or get information. The support of a trained Independent Mental Health Advocate (IMHA) can help. Read more
