One of our principal singers, DR Mark Pasola, sadly died in 2023. We are determined to keep his memory alive, whilst raising money for a cause that he, as a GP, was passionate about.
Charity close to my heart. My family business “Henry Paul Funerals” did a golf day last summer and fundraised for MHR.

Mental Health Resource support the vulnerable and isolated, reaching around 900 people every year through four free and confidential projects that aim to make people feel valued and heard.

On the 20th July the HaesCooper team will be completing a 12 hour non-stop cycle in the office to raise money for their charity of the year, The Mental Health Resource! A local business, CrossFit Hunta, will be donating an exercise bike for the day and the HaesCooper team will be keeping the wheels turning continuously for 12 hours in order to raise awareness and money for an amazing charity. We are all really looking forward to completing this challenging event together!
Having recently taken on the role of Reachout Project Manager, I would love to raise some money by running the Brighton Marathon to provide craft supplies, games, musical instruments and other activities to be used as part of the Reachout and Reachout Youth peer support groups. It would also be great to be able to fund some trips so group members can have fun together, get out and about and build friendships with each other.
